Clean, affordable hotel, I liked great value for money rooms and extra attentive staff. My room included climate control, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV. The location was lovely for exploring this historic area, really close to for example Piazzale Michelangelo and the best patisserie in the city. The stay was absolutely good!

My mother and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Ferrucci for five nights. The high ceilings, air conditioning, and friendly staff made our stay comfortable. The rooms and bathroom were clean, and we loved the helpfulness of Fabio and Nicoletta, the receptionists. The room itself was beautiful, clean, and spacious, and the breakfasts were simple yet delicious. We also enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel, with a great pastry shop just a short walk away.
I can recommend this hotel.

The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, not far from the city center and close to the river. Although there are no nets on the windows, the location is convenient, with restaurants and cafes nearby. Additionally, it is really close to several major parks where you can enjoy some absolutely breathtaking views. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly, offering good service. The breakfast, though not included in the room price, is simple but good.
The hotel lacks an elevator, making it inconvenient for guests with heavy luggage or mobility issues.

This hotel pleasantly surprised us with its charming ambiance and attentive staff. The rooms, adorned with beautifully painted ceilings reminiscent of the 14th century, added a touch of history to our stay. Despite not having a mini-fridge in the rooms, the basic amenities were well-maintained and in good working order. The location, adjacent to the river, offered a tranquil setting and easy access to a variety of excellent restaurants nearby.
No complaints, all was well.

The staff at the reception were really kind and helpful. They provided excellent service, even going the extra mile to print off our boarding passes for us. The hotel had a great location, within walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do. Plus, the hotel had parking available, which was really convenient for us.
The cleanliness of the room was not up to standard. There was dust on the bedside lamps and the bathroom floor was dirty.

The staff at this hotel were very friendly and accommodating, giving us a lot of information about the area and providing us with a map of the city. The location was convenient and easy to navigate around, with attractions and parking nearby. Additionally, the comfort of the room was nice with plenty of outlets to charge our devices.
We were able to hear every little sound from the neighboring rooms and halls due to the thin walls, which made it hard to get a good night's rest. Additionally, the room had no coffee or tea station, which would have been a nice touch for the mornings.

The staff was responsive and went the extra mile to help me find alternative transport. The room was very clean with a lovely 'Roman Style' ceiling. The location was close enough to walk to tourist attractions but far enough to be quiet.
Limited parking, small rooms compared to pictures, no tea or coffee making facilities, limited toiletries.
